Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of bottling and packaging lines, production equipment, and manufacturing systems.
  • Experience with aftermarket service, maintenance, and modernization activities.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and develop effective technical solutions.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly accountable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer focus with a collaborative team-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and maintain a strong customer presence.

Nice To Haves

  • 10+ years of experience in beverage, bottling, packaging, field service, or aftermarket project management with a proven track record of technical leadership, project execution, and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with Krones and customer safety standards.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact for aftermarket services, projects, and related activities.
  • Partner closely with LCS Sales and customer to lead technical project discussions and apply quality gates that drive customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate a strong ownership mindset through proactive customer engagement and on-site presence.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead projects from quotation through installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance.
  • Manage claims, change requests, and final payment collection.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Act as the single point of contact for key customer accounts.
  • Lead customer meetings, resolve issues, and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Order Management, Manufacturing, Field Service, and third-party suppliers/OEMs.
  • Identify and support Performance Parts opportunities.
  • Lead teams and drive results during both routine operations and critical service events.
