About The Position

AWARE is hiring an LCPC/LCSW for school-based services in Great Falls, Montana. The position pays $60,000–$70,000 per year to start and is full-time. The role provides clinical program supervision, coordinates skill-building activities, and works with supervisors, directors, staff physicians, and other professionals to plan and coordinate treatment based on each youth’s needs and strengths. The clinician monitors and documents progress toward treatment goals and participates in treatment-team meetings. Requirements

An advanced degree (MS, MA, or PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
At least one year of direct work experience.
Must be licensed or licensable as an LCSW, LCPC, Psychologist, or another license recognized and regulated in the State of Montana.
Clinical understanding of youth who are emotionally challenged and have learning differences.
Ability to assess youth and their families from a strengths-based perspective.
Ability to work with a variety of people using strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical program supervision in accordance with State of Montana administrative rules and corporate policy for assigned programs.
Coordinate skill-building activities.
Collaborate with supervisors, directors, staff physicians, and other pertinent professionals to plan and coordinate treatment based on the experience, needs, and strengths of individual youths.
Monitor, evaluate, and record the progress of people served in relation to treatment goals.
Participate in treatment-team meetings concerning people served.
