About The Position
Altasciences Preclinical Seattle is seeking a passionate Scientist, LC-MSMS in Bioanalysis to join their dynamic team based out of Columbia, Missouri. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment focused on cutting-edge research and discoveries in drug development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in chemistry, biology, or pharmaceutical science.
- Years of hands-on experience in the field.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Familiarity with LIMS and electronic notebooks.
- Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts with clarity and precision.
Nice To Haves
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and validation of LC-MS/MS assays for preclinical and clinical studies.
- Execute study sample analysis with precision and accuracy, focusing on toxicological and biological endpoints.
- Ensure all study work is conducted in strict accordance with GLP regulations and maintain meticulous documentation.
- Manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery and optimal outcomes.
- Serve as a scientific advisor to clients, assisting in study and assay design.
- Participate in the validation and qualification of new and existing methods.
- Provide supervision and guidance to laboratory staff.
