Maintain cleanliness preparing food service areas and ensuring high standards of safety and customer service while working collaboratively with integrated teams. Prepares dining areas for meals and sets up serving lines.• Distributes and serves meals and beverages. Assists with performing daily, weekly and monthly deep cleaning of the kitchen and service areas as assigned.• Cleans and sterilizes dishes, kitchen utensils, and equipment• Disposes of trash and packaging containers.• Clean spills immediately and follow all sanitation guidelines.
