About The Position

The LC Associate will rotate between functions within the Logistics Center, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control. This role involves operating material handling equipment, replenishing workstations with supplies, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The associate will be expected to meet productivity, quality, performance, and safety standards, and perform additional duties as assigned, while also meeting attendance and punctuality standards.

Requirements

• Experience working in a warehouse.
• Comfortable using a computer on a daily basis.
• Available to work overtime when needed.
• Highly energetic for a fast-paced environment.
• RF scanner experience.
• Good math skills and attention to detail.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Walk for 8-12 hours and pull a pallet jack when needed.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and occupational hazards.
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures and seek clarification when needed.
• Adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Identify potential safety risks and report concerns promptly.
• Must have working knowledge of the English language for training and safety purposes.
