What your day-to-day as an Estimator will look like: Develops internal material and labor cost estimates and compares them to contractor proposals, preparing reports that summarize variances, risks, and recommendations. Conducts detailed cost analysis and prepares estimates for highly complex proposal efforts. Collects, validates, and synthesizes cost and proposal data from internal stakeholders. Prepares final cost reports for domestic and international proposals and presents summarized cost information to management. Interfaces with vendors to obtain and verify pricing information and supports price audits by providing required documentation. Supports procurement and project teams with cost modeling, benchmarking, and financial insights. Performs other duties as assigned. Abides by and is responsible for performing all duties in accordance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and practices pertinent to this position.
