Responsibilities

Utilizing total station equipment, the Layout Foreman will be required to receive point data information from the CAD department.
Lay out plumbing sleeves & hangers, piping sleeves & hangers, duct sleeves & hangers.
The Layout Foreman may be required to travel to our job sites to “collect” information and send to the CAD department for coordination and/or fabrication.
This person will be expected to travel to job sites, regardless of location.
As needed with new construction or existing buildings, the layout foreman may be Required to “collect” information for as-built purposes and then download the information to the CAD department for coordination and/or fabrication.

RK Mechanical employees and subcontractors are required to implement and maintain all safety and health systems practices including the training requirements of RK Mechanical Orientation, site specific orientation, CPR/First Aid/AED/Bloodborne Pathogens, Hazard Identification and Reporting, and OSHA 30.
