About The Position

Pagnotta Inc. is a mid-sized, full-service provider of structural concrete, general contracting, and tower crane and hoist services with job sites located throughout Western Canada. We provide value-added construction services to our customers by creating a successful partnership with them throughout the construction process. We are looking for an experienced Layout Carpenter with strong skills in theodolite / builder’s level operation and advanced print-reading ability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a layout carpenter
• Strong understanding of structural layout, benchmarks, and grid lines
• Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings
• Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Layout of grade beams, columns, and walls with high accuracy
• Use of theodolite, builder’s level, and standard layout tools
• Interpret construction drawings and coordinate with site supervision
• Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
