About The Position

This is a part-time position at Sender One LAX in Los Angeles, CA, with a salary range of $20.00 - $22.00 per hour. The role involves general upkeep and maintenance of the facility, ensuring customer-facing cleanliness and sanitation, and contributing to the team's shared purpose of discovering oneself and connecting with others through climbing. Requirements

Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment necessary to maintaining the facility including hand & power tools.
Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, comfortable working at heights above 10 feet, have visual acuity in order to operate machinery, work in a variety of physical conditions, and follow all required safety procedures.
Highly organized and comfortable recording and tracking information and data.
Must be fully available to work at 11 - 16 hours per work week.
Must be able to work mornings.
Must be able to attend the Mandatory All Staff Quarterly meetings.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of the climbing gym industry.

Responsibilities

Execute tasks related to general upkeep and maintenance of a single Sender One facility at the direction of the Facilities Supervisor.
Maintain all current policies and procedures concerned with customer facing cleanliness and sanitation including but not limited to the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Take initiative to help the team progress to our shared purpose - discover ourselves and connect with others through climbing.
