About The Position
We are sharing a specialised consulting opportunity for experienced Lawyers with strong expertise in contract review, legal research, regulatory compliance, legal writing, and complex legal analysis to contribute to an advanced AI training and legal-evaluation project. Selected professionals will review contracts, research statutes and case law, analyse regulatory requirements across jurisdictions, draft and evaluate legal documents, and provide clear written rationales supporting legal conclusions. The work requires strong legal judgement, precise written communication, and the ability to identify nuanced risks and ambiguities. No prior experience in AI is required.
Requirements
- Active law licence or bar admission
- At least 5 years of legal practice in contract law, compliance, or a closely related specialty
- Strong expertise in contract review and legal risk analysis
- Demonstrated legal research experience
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance
- Excellent legal-writing and document-review skills
- Strong critical-thinking and analytical ability
- Exceptional attention to legal nuance and detail
- Ability to interpret laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly to varied audiences
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based environment
- No prior AI-training or model-evaluation experience is required

- Familiarity with legal technology tools is advantageous but not required
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed reviews of commercial and legal agreements
- Identify legal risks, ambiguities, inconsistencies, and drafting weaknesses
- Assess contractual provisions for clarity, enforceability, and practical impact
- Recommend improvements to contract language where appropriate
