About The Position

This role involves advising landlords and tenants on property transactions and commercial leasing matters. You will also assist the corporate team with the property aspects of commercial and M&A transactions, and work on matters involving property investment, development, and finance. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of property and commercial agreements, and managing matters independently while collaborating with Partners and other lawyers. The firm is a high-end boutique firm that handles client bases and high-end transactions similar to larger firms, while maintaining a unique culture and providing tailored legal advice.

Requirements

• 3–5 years PQE
• Strong experience across property transactions and commercial leasing
• Excellent drafting, communication and attention to detail
• Commercially minded, enthusiastic and comfortable managing matters independently
• Interested in developing long-term client relationships and building a profile within the industry

Responsibilities

• Advise landlords and tenants on property transaction and commercial leasing matters.
• Assist the corporate team with the property aspects of commercial and M&A transactions.
• Work on matters involving property investment, development and finance.
• Draft, review and negotiate a range of property and commercial agreements.
• Manage matters independently while working closely with Partners and other lawyers.
