Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Membership in good standing of the Quebec Bar
- Approximately 2 to 5 years' experience in family law
- Good communication skills, empathy and thoroughness
Responsibilities
- Analyze the legal issues submitted
- Carry out legislative and jurisprudential research in family law
- Meet with clients
- Collaborate with senior Lawyers to develop strategies
- Draft legal opinions and procedures
- Conduct out-of-court negotiations or pleadings
