About The Position

Lawn Squad has been proudly serving the local community for over 20 years. Our Lawn technicians specialize in numerous facets of lawn care including fertilization, weed control, perimeter pest control, mosquito control, landscaping including tree and shrub, as well as aeration and seeding. We take pride in helping residential and commercial properties throughout Ohio look and feel their best. Our team combines years of experience with a passion for lawn care to deliver results that keep lawns healthy and safe throughout every season. We make it a point to treat our customers' properties like our own and ensure that the end result not only meets but exceeds their expectations.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with minimal infractions in the last 3 years.
Ability to lift 50 pounds or more throughout the day.
Ability to explain the Lawn Squad programs to the customer or prospective customer with honesty, accuracy, and integrity.

Nice To Haves

Experience and ODA licensing will be compensated.

Responsibilities

Performing treatments to the customer’s lawn using proper equipment and techniques while showing professionalism.
Collaborating with customers to ensure their property meets their expectations.
Conduct service calls using the outlined Lawn Squad procedures.
Stay in contact with customers to prevent lawn problems.
Ensure the service vehicle and all equipment are used and maintained in a clean and safe condition.
The lawn service technician handles offering new services to both existing and potential clients, performing initial problem assessments, and suggesting suitable solutions.
Collaborate with other staff as part of a team effort and sharing the responsibilities.
Answering questions and customer concerns.
Project a professional image to the public.
Demonstrate a commitment to working the required hours each day to ensure that branch production goals are consistently met.
