About The Position

The Lawn Specialist is responsible for the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate has a can-do attitude, a strong work ethic, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong verbal and written communication, accurate and timely completion of required paperwork, and evaluating possible customer service solutions to recommend customized service plans that best meet customers’ needs. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Background checks are completed for all candidates considered for hire.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the overall experience of customers.
• Compare and evaluate possible customer service solutions and recommend customized service plans that meet customer needs.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
