About The Position

Based in Orlando, Florida, Massey Services is one of the nation’s largest and most respected service companies. We provide Residential and Commercial Pest Prevention, Termite Protection, Landscape and Irrigation Services to over 800,000 customers across multiple states. The ideal candidate will possess a “can do” attitude, a strong work ethic, and be adept at working in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for the overall customer experience, requiring strong verbal and written communication skills, accurate and timely completion of paperwork, and the ability to compare and evaluate customer service solutions to recommend customized service plans. Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
Background checks completed on all candidates considered for hire
