This individual is cooperative, willing to learn and apply specialized technical knowledge to help maintain the customers’ lawn and outdoor space with professionalism and excellent customer service. Requirements
- Must hold a valid driver's license with an issue date of at least five years prior to the date of this application (only if you are assigned as a driver).
- Two Years Lawn Maintenance or similar (working outdoors/labor intensive) experience required.
- Ability to work inside and/or outside for long periods, sometimes in extreme temperatures.
- Saturday workdays are a must (No Sundays).
- Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time; delivering quality work on a consistent basis.
- Accountability and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload, work under pressure, and maintain good composure.
- Experience working with routes, service stops, and meeting deadlines of your service route.
- Dependable and self-motivated with a desire to work year-round.
- English speaking is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Ensure mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, cleaning beds, and all other lawn maintenance work is done in a professional manner.
- Prepare equipment and supplies needed for the workday, i.e., trash bags, brooms, rakes, lawn tools, ice, etc., and load them in the truck and trailer.
- Learn and use all equipment efficiently and safely as directed by the Crew Leader.
- Become familiar with customers’ expectations and service contracts.
- Maintain a professional attitude at all times with customers, fellow employees, and supervisors.
