About The Position

We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join our lawn care team. This full-time role offers a salary between $26,000 and $41,600 annually, translating to an hourly wage of $12.50 to $20.00, depending on your experience. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided.

Requirements

Must possess a valid driver's license.
Dependable transportation to and from the worksite is required.

Prior lawn care experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

Engage in the safe handling of various landscaping tools and equipment, including but not limited to, lawnmowers of various sizes, trimmers, blowers, and other necessary tools.
Perform heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling of landscaping materials such as mulch, rocks, plant material, and other items essential to the job.
Operate both manual and powered cutting and sawing equipment safely and efficiently.
Manage the physical demands of the job, such as lifting up to 50 lbs., maneuvering ride/walk-behind mowers over curbs, and walking up to 5 miles per day on varied terrain.
Work in a range of weather conditions, from extreme heat to cold and precipitation.
Ensure compliance with noise protection requirements, particularly when operating loud equipment like backpack blowers and trimmers.
Maintain turf through mowing with a variety of mowers.
Edge grass along curbs, walkways, and flowerbeds.
Use blowers to clear leaves and clippings post-job and as necessary.
Prune shrubs and trees and remove debris to ensure a clean and tidy worksite.
Regularly inspect the property for trash, rocks, limbs, and other debris to maintain a safe and attractive environment.
Load and unload tools and equipment from trucks efficiently and safely.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including cleaning and basic repairs.
Regularly change blades, oil, and clean air filters on machinery.
Grease machine fittings as part of ongoing maintenance and when necessary.
