About The Position

We are looking for a driven and skilled person to join our team! This role will be hands on and involves working outdoors in nature. If you have landscaping, general maintenance, or labor experience, this might be the perfect opportunity for you! This position performs a variety of duties related to the construction, installation, maintenance, upkeep, beautification and repair of Cemetery Grounds.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs to Cemetery Grounds.
• Operate powered equipment such as mowers, trimmers, edgers, sod cutters, chain saw etc.
• Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, clippers, saws etc.
• May install and maintain sprinkler systems, perform landscape construction and maintenance, including but not limited to mowing, aerating, pruning, landscape and planting trees, shrubs, sod flowers, and lawn seed.
• Clear walkways, driveways and park lots.
• Assist in burials at grave sites
• Meet performance standards established with the employee's manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
