Yard Smart Landscaping is seeking motivated individuals for Crew Lead and Member positions in mowing. This role involves maintaining professionally maintained lawns in northeast Ohio. The company mission is to be a professional, hard-working team of knowledgeable, innovative, and quality-oriented people who are driven to exceed our clients’ expectations by providing a service that will be remembered.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to commute to shop reliably.
- Availability to work in inclement weather including snow.
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs and be on your feet.
- Pass a pre-employment and random drug screenings.
- THREE - FIVE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in lawn or landscape maintenance.
