About The Position

The Cutting Edge Landscaping is a growing landscaping company based in Sparta, NJ. We provide lawn maintenance, landscape installation, and planting services for both residential and commercial clients. We take pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining a strong, team-oriented environment. We are seeking dependable individuals to join our team as Lawn Maintenance Technicians. This role includes a mix of lawn care and general landscaping work and is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a crew.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically active work, including lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable and able to consistently report to a 7:30 AM start time
• Willingness to learn and follow direction

Nice To Haves

• Previous landscaping or outdoor work experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
• Assisting with landscaping and installation projects
• Performing mulching, cleanups, and general outdoor work
• Operating landscaping equipment safely
• Maintaining clean and organized job sites
• Working with a team to complete daily assignments
