The Lawn Maintenance Crew Member is responsible for maintaining residential and commercial landscapes through routine lawn care services. This role involves mowing, trimming, edging, and maintaining properties to ensure they look clean, healthy, and professionally maintained. Ideal candidates are dependable, hardworking, and enjoy working outdoors as part of a team.
This position requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Nice To Haves

• Previous lawn care or landscape maintenance experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing off hard surfaces to keep properties neat and well-maintained.
• Assist with basic landscape care tasks pruning shrubs, removing weeds, and maintaining planting beds.
• Safely operate lawn care equipment, including commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscape tools.
• Ensure each job site is left clean, tidy, and professional in appearance upon completion of services.
• Work closely with crew leaders and team members to complete daily routes efficiently and maintain high standards of service.
• Clean, maintain, and store equipment properly to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Represent the company professionally when on customer properties and respond politely to basic customer questions when needed.
• Participate in required training sessions, including Equipment Safety, Safe Lifting Practices, and Proper Lawn Care Techniques.
