About The Position

We are currently looking for positive and down to earth individuals who are interested in working in landscaping this spring, as our Lawn Maintenance division is rapidly growing! Enjoy working outdoors with a great group of coworkers, learning new landscaping skills, and are interested in joining a company that helps employees become the best versions of themselves and grows their careers in landscaping? The successful applicants will work in a small crew assisting with mowing, trimming, and tidying up commercial properties to our Dicam standards to build long lasting relationships with our clients and make their properties shine throughout every season! This role is for both existing and new vacancies, with an anticipated start date in mid-April.

Requirements

High School Diploma
Excellent communication skills and capable of dealing with a wide variety of people in a polite, positive and cooperative manner
Be able to handle constructive criticism
Hard working
Detail orientated
Safety conscious
Punctual

Nice To Haves

Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

Assist crew leader with loading up truck and trailer
Follow tasks assigned by crew leader when arriving at site
Walk site to search for hazards and pick up garbage
Complete machine work and other grass cutting and maintenance tasks along with the other crew members
Safely operate a variety of machinery including riding lawn mowers, trimmers, and backpack blowers
Wear PPE and follow all safety expectations
Help clean out truck and trailer of any debris, garbage or brush at the end of each day
