Requirements

Prior experience in lawn care or landscaping is required
Ability to operate lawn maintenance equipment safely and efficiently
Physical stamina and ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Valid driver’s license required for equipment operation and transportation
5 Years of driving history
1 year of lawn maintenance experience
Valid Driver’s License held for a minimum of 5 years
Must have reliable transportation (company vehicle provided only during work hours)
Punctual and reliable
Customer Service focused

Comfortable using tech and applications

Responsibilities

Mow, trim, and edge lawns to maintain a neat and healthy appearance
Perform landscaping tasks such as planting, fertilizing, and weed control
Operate and maintain lawn care equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers
Assist with landscape installation and seasonal clean-up projects
Follow safety procedures and ensure equipment is used properly
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet project expectations
