About The Position
United Land Services (ULS) is a leading full-service landscaping company providing comprehensive commercial landscape installation and maintenance services. We specialize in landscape design, maintenance, irrigation systems, hardscapes, and outdoor lighting, serving diverse properties including single-family home developments, condominium complexes, commercial buildings, and shopping centers. We are seeking an experienced Crew Leader to manage a team of 3-5 members, ensuring efficient and high-quality execution of landscaping tasks. This role involves using various tools like mowers, weed eaters, and hand tools for trimming grass, edging, and maintaining plants and foliage.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a Crew Leader role.
- Lawn maintenance and/or landscape installation experience is essential.
- Must be available to work extended hours from Monday to Friday.
- Effective leadership skills to manage and guide your team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a crew of 3-5 members, ensuring effective teamwork and task execution.
- Utilize mowers, weed eaters, and hand tools to expertly trim grass and edge lawn areas.
- Maintain nearby plants and foliage to uphold an impeccable appearance.
