About The Position

Great Outdoors is hiring an experienced Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader to head a residential and commercial lawn care team in the Ann Arbor, MI area. We offer a starting wage of $22.00 – $26.00 per hour. Requirements

2+ years of lawn mowing service experience and 1+ years specifically leading and managing a crew.
Valid Michigan Chauffeur's License and a current DOT Medical Card are mandatory.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and a 90-day probationary period.
Ability to read/write/speak English, complete physical labor, and work outside in all weather conditions for both lawn and snow services.
High School diploma or equivalency, and reliable transportation to our shop in Ann Arbor, MI.

Nice To Haves

Ability to speak Spanish is highly desired.
2+ years of direct experience specifically as a Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader.

Supervise and delegate tasks to your crew using a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
Develop the hands-on skills of your crew members while maintaining high morale.
Coordinate directly with crew members, management, and clients to solve operational problems on the fly.
