About The Position
United Land Services (ULS) is seeking an experienced Crew Leader to join their team. This pivotal role involves overseeing a team of 3-5 crew members, ensuring the efficient and high-quality execution of landscaping tasks. The Crew Leader will utilize various tools, including mowers, weed eaters, and common hand tools, to expertly trim grass, edge lawn areas, and maintain plants and foliage. ULS is a leading full-service landscaping company providing commercial landscape installation and maintenance services, including design, irrigation systems, hardscapes, and outdoor lighting, serving diverse properties from home developments to commercial centers.
Requirements
- Must possess 1-2 years of experience in a Crew Leader role
- Lawn maintenance and/or landscape installation experience is essential
- Must be available to work extended hours from Monday to Friday
- Effective leadership skills to manage and guide your team
