About The Position
This position is responsible for performing various lawn and landscaping duties. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The role involves operating lawn maintenance equipment, ensuring safety procedures are followed, and maintaining equipment. The work environment includes exposure to traffic, loud noise levels, extreme heat, and extreme cold. Physical demands include standing or sitting for long periods, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, crawling, and lifting up to 25 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally. This position can be either part-time or full-time depending on the contract. No travel is expected.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED.
- One (1) year lawn and landscaping experience.
- Drug Screen.
- Strength Test.
- WSC background check.
- DPS fingerprinting check.

- Basic reading.
- Basic writing.
Responsibilities
- Ensures all operational and safety procedures are properly followed, maintaining a clean and safe work area.
- Operates lawn maintenance equipment to include push mowers, edger’s, blowers, and other types of equipment and machinery.
- Responsible for properly maintaining equipment.
