About The Position

Our growing team is hiring Lawn Care Technicians who want a stable career, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement. No Lawn care experience is required, we provide paid training and support you in earning your pesticide license. This role involves applying lawn care treatments, evaluating lawn health, providing customer service, and completing daily service routes safely and efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining company equipment and identifying additional service opportunities.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willing to obtain a pesticide application license, training provided
• Must pass background check, drug screening, and MVR (valid drivers license)
• Must comply with all company policies

Nice To Haves

• Lawn care of landscaping experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Apply lawn care treatments including fertilizer, weed control, and aerations
• Evaluate lawn health and recommend services
• Provide excellent customer service to homeowners
• Complete daily service routes safely and efficiently
• Maintain company truck, tools, and equipment
• Educate customers on lawn care solutions
• Identify additional service opportunities for customers
