About The Position

Ace of Blades is a family-oriented lawn care and pest control company seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Lawn Care Specialists. This role involves providing high-quality lawn care and pest control services to residential and commercial clients. The job requires using hand and powered equipment to apply treatments, performing soil analysis, controlling insects, diseases, and weeds, and educating homeowners on yard maintenance. Technicians will also advise on lawn and landscape problems, determine solutions, and sell/upsell additional services. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with customers, providing information, and resolving concerns. The company offers comprehensive training and support for employees.

Requirements

Must have a Driver's License.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have a good driving record.

Responsibilities

Provide services to residential or commercial client properties in a timely, safe manner using hand and powered equipment to apply products to treat lawns, trees, and shrubs.
Perform soil analysis.
Control insects, diseases, and weeds.
Educate homeowners on proper yard maintenance.
Advise on lawn and landscape problems and determine appropriate solutions.
Sell/upsell additional services to existing and new customers.
Display strong communication skills when providing customers with product/service information and when resolving customer concerns onsite.
