About The Position
We are a fertilization, weed control, and disease management company. This is an outside job, and it can be cold in the winter and hot in the summer. You will be trained on equipment that makes life easier if taken care of. If not, it leads to a lot of walking and spraying. This role requires basic math skills for mixing chemicals and calibrating equipment, as well as problem-solving abilities to navigate routes and make decisions independently. Attention to detail is crucial, and you will be provided with check-off sheets and notes to ensure thoroughness.
Requirements
- Ability to perform basic math (adding, subtracting, multiplication).
