About The Position
Ace of Blades is a family-oriented lawn care and pest control company seeking a Lawn Care Specialist to provide services to residential or commercial client properties. This role involves using hand and powered equipment to apply products for lawn, tree, and shrub treatments. Daily tasks include performing soil analysis, controlling insects, diseases, and weeds, educating homeowners on yard maintenance, advising on lawn and landscape issues, and determining solutions. The position also involves selling/upselling additional services to existing and new customers and resolving customer concerns onsite. While experience is valued, comprehensive training is provided.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Have a good driving record.
- Driver's License (Required)

Responsibilities
- Provide services to residential or commercial client properties in a timely, safe manner.
- Use hand and powered equipment to apply products to treat lawns, trees, and shrubs.
- Perform soil analysis.
- Control insects, diseases, and weeds.
- Educate homeowners on proper yard maintenance.
- Advise on lawn and landscape problems and determine appropriate solutions.
- Sell/upsell additional services to existing and new customers.
- Display strong communication skills when providing product/service information and resolving customer concerns.
