About The Position
Ace of Blades is a family-oriented lawn care and pest control company seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Lawn Care Specialists. This role involves providing high-quality lawn care and pest control services to residential and commercial properties. Specialists will use hand and powered equipment to apply treatments, perform soil analysis, control insects, diseases, and weeds, and educate homeowners on yard maintenance. The position also involves identifying and selling additional services to customers, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills. While experience is valued, comprehensive training is provided, along with support from experienced colleagues and leadership.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Have a good driving record.
- Driver's License (Required)

Responsibilities
- Provide services to residential or commercial client properties in a timely, safe manner using hand and powered equipment to apply products to treat lawns, trees, and shrubs.
- Perform soil analysis.
- Control insects, diseases, and weeds.
- Educate homeowners on proper yard maintenance.
- Advise on lawn and landscape problems and determine appropriate solutions.
- Sell/upsell additional services to existing and new customers.
- Provide customers with product/service information.
- Resolve customer concerns onsite.
