About The Position
The Maintenance Basic Laborer must have a positive, can-do attitude, be an eager learner, be conscious of safety requirements, work effectively as a team member, dress appropriately, be punctual, and follow all instructions given by the Crew Leader and needed for mowing, edging, de-weeding, and blowing commercial and residential properties. Requirements
- Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility
- Physically able to handle the workload of a Lawn Care Technician
- Full range of mobility in the upper and lower body
- Able to lift 50 pounds without assistance
- Able to interact with customers professionally and courteously daily
- Minimum of One year of experience in the lawn care field

Responsibilities
- Mowing
- Edging
- De-weeding
- Blowing commercial and residential properties
- Operate company equipment: string trimmers, backpack blowers, weed eaters, mowers, etc.
- Perform all daily preventative maintenance (PM) on company equipment
- Meet or exceed company productivity standards for Lawn Care work
