Requirements

Valid WA driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to use equipment
Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to meet production goals

Nice To Haves

WA pesticide license preferred (or willingness to earn within 90 days—training provided!)

Responsibilities

Perform lawn care services: fertilization, weed control, aeration, seeding, and insect treatments using professional equipment.
Diagnose turf issues and communicate clearly with customers about services and recommendations.
Maintain trucks and equipment, handle products safely, and follow Washington State regulations.
