Lawn Doctor of East Puyallup‑Bonney Lake‑Maple Valley is hiring a full‑time Lawn Care Technician ready to grow into a future Operations Manager role. Requirements

  • Valid WA driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to use equipment
  • Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to meet production goals

Nice To Haves

  • WA pesticide license preferred (or willingness to earn within 90 days—training provided!)

Responsibilities

  • Perform lawn care services: fertilization, weed control, aeration, seeding, and insect treatments using professional equipment.
  • Diagnose turf issues and communicate clearly with customers about services and recommendations.
  • Maintain trucks and equipment, handle products safely, and follow Washington State regulations.
