About The Position

Native Pest Management is seeking a motivated Lawn Care Technician to join their team. This role involves managing your own route to provide high-quality, pet-friendly, and environmentally responsible treatments to residential and commercial properties. The technician will work independently, interacting with customers to diagnose issues, apply treatments, and educate them on achieving a healthy lawn. This position is suitable for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and customer relationship building.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum relevant experience as a Lawn Care Technician at a pest control company or similar role.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule.
• Excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills and basic math skills.
• Successfully pass all pre-employment screening (criminal history, driving record, verification of work history, and verification of academic credentials, licenses, and certifications).
• Pulling a 400ft spray hose.
• Loading and unloading equipment and chemicals in excess of 50lbs to and from trucks and storage areas.
• Working primarily outdoors in potential adverse weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service experience is highly preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
