Lawn Care Technician
About The Position
TruScape is a growing landscaping and grounds care company serving Western Pennsylvania. We take pride in delivering quality results for every property we touch, and we're looking for Lawn Care Technicians to join our team for the season and beyond. As a Lawn Care Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining a variety of commercial and residential properties to a high standard. Day to day, that means operating zero-turn mowers, push mowers, string trimmers, and blowers across a diverse mix of properties including HOA communities, apartment complexes, industrial sites, and residential lawns. You'll work alongside your crew to complete routes efficiently while keeping quality consistent from the first property to the last. During the off season, you'll transition into snow and ice management operations, helping keep our commercial and residential properties safe and accessible through the winter months.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug screening
