About The Position

Naturescape of Schaumburg, IL is seeking to hire a Lawn Care Specialist to provide our customers with outstanding services for their residential and commercial properties. Adaptability is key, as you will pivot to snow removal in the winter to ensure customers stay safe and mobile. This is a licensed specialist position requiring state pesticide certifications. The company emphasizes continuous learning and development, encouraging a "learning by doing" approach. Previous experience in roles like general laborer, construction worker, landscaper, or groundskeeper is helpful, but a "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
