Requirements

Valid driver's license and good driving record
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Motivated with a desire to learn

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a general laborer, construction worker, landscaper, groundskeeper, or lawn mower.
Willingness to relocate (for management opportunities).

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding services for residential and commercial properties.
Manage a route and transform landscapes.
Complete precision lawn care, lawn aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care and pruning, and mosquito control.
Assess lawn health and landscape needs.
Communicate clearly and kindly with clients.
Pivot to snow removal in the winter.
Obtain and maintain state pesticide certifications.
