About The Position

Naturescape of Maplewood, MN is seeking to hire a Lawn Care Specialist to provide our customers with outstanding services for their residential and commercial properties. Snow removal and other winter work opportunities are available to most specialists. This is a licensed specialist position, requiring state pesticide certifications.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Motivated with a desire to learn
• Willingness to obtain state pesticide certifications

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a general laborer, construction worker, landscaper, groundskeeper, or lawn mower
• Willingness to relocate (for management opportunities)

Responsibilities

• Manage a route and transform landscapes across the service area.
• Complete precision lawn care, lawn aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care and pruning, and mosquito control.
• Assess lawn health and landscape needs.
• Communicate clearly and kindly with clients, explaining benefits of services and addressing questions.
• Adapt to seasonal changes, including snow removal in winter.
• Obtain and maintain state pesticide certifications.
