Appleton - Lawn Care Technician / Specialist
About The Position
Naturescape of Appleton, WI is seeking to hire a Lawn Care Specialist to provide our customers with outstanding services for their residential and commercial properties. This role involves managing a route and transforming landscapes, performing precision lawn care, lawn aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care and pruning, and mosquito control. The specialist acts as the face of the company in the field, serving as a consultant and problem-solver, communicating clearly and kindly with clients. Adaptability is key, as the role pivots to snow removal in the winter. This is a licensed specialist position requiring state pesticide certifications. The company emphasizes a "learning by doing" approach and invests in employee development, welcoming individuals with a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to learn, regardless of prior lawn care experience.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Motivated with a desire to learn
- Willingness to be coached
- Passionate about working outdoors and helping people
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a general laborer, construction worker, landscaper, groundskeeper, or lawn mower.
Responsibilities
