Naturescape of Atlanta, GA is seeking to hire a Lawn Care Specialist to provide our customers with outstanding services for their residential and commercial properties. The position involves independent work in the great outdoors, with flexible scheduling options for full-time, part-time, and seasonal employees. Your "office" changes daily as you navigate to residential and commercial properties to complete precision lawn care, lawn aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care and pruning, and mosquito control. You will act as the face of the company in the field, managing a route and transforming landscapes. This is a licensed specialist position requiring state pesticide certifications. Adaptability is key, as you will pivot to snow removal and other winter work opportunities when winter hits. The company emphasizes continuous learning and development, with a "learning by doing" approach and investment in your future.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and good driving record
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Motivated with a desire to learn

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a general laborer, construction worker, landscaper, groundskeeper, or lawn mower.
