About The Position
Naturescape of Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking to hire a Lawn Care Specialist to provide our customers with outstanding services for their residential and commercial properties. This role involves managing a route and transforming landscapes, performing precision lawn care, lawn aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care and pruning, and mosquito control. The specialist also acts as a consultant and problem-solver, communicating with customers about their landscape needs. Adaptability is key, as the role pivots to snow removal in the winter. This is a licensed specialist position requiring state pesticide certifications. The company emphasizes continuous learning and development, welcoming individuals with a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to be coached, regardless of prior experience in general labor, construction, landscaping, or groundskeeping.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Motivated with a desire to learn
- Willingness to obtain state pesticide certifications

- Previous experience as a general laborer, construction worker, landscaper, groundskeeper, or lawn mower.
