Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Knowledge of lawn care products and application techniques.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
WSDA applicators license, or ability to obtain one within first 2 months of employment

Nice To Haves

Relevant certifications are a plus.
Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred.
Ability to obtain a WSDA applicators license within first 2 months of employment

Responsibilities

Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides to residential and commercial lawns.
Conduct thorough lawn assessments to recommend appropriate treatments.
Maintain accurate records of treatments and customer interactions.
Educate clients on lawn care best practices and product usage.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
Operate and maintain spray equipment and tools effectively.
Communicate with team members to coordinate daily schedules and tasks.
Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships.
