Tree and Turf Care is hiring a Lawn Care Spray Technician to join their team. This role involves steady, hands-on work outdoors to maintain healthy and beautiful local yards and landscapes. The technician will interact with customers daily and work with a supportive crew, offering job security and an opportunity to build a future in an essential industry.
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Current driver’s license and clear driving history
- Capable of securing DOT Certification
- Able to handle lifting 50 lbs and standing for long periods of time
- Comfortable outdoors in varied weather conditions
- Strong communication and time management abilities
- Sales-oriented with strong troubleshooting skills
- Must remain completely drug-free
- Likes being part of a team and loves having fun
Responsibilities
- Apply lawn care treatments such as fertilizer and weed management
- Operate a company vehicle to client properties and locations
- Discuss the work with clients and answer any questions
- Identify turf issues and assist in fixing them
- Properly care for equipment and use it safely
- Recommend additional services when appropriate for clients
