About The Position
EarthCraft Landscaping is seeking a Lawn Care Specialist to join their team in Indiana, PA. This is a full-time seasonal position. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and takes pride in their work. This role involves assisting the Lawn Care Account Manager in providing lawn fertilization, weed control, and pest management treatments for residential and commercial clients. The company is willing to train individuals without a pesticide license, focusing on candidates with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow.
Requirements
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
Nice To Haves
- Experience in lawn care, landscaping, horticulture, agriculture, or related fields is helpful but not required
- Pesticide certification is a plus, but we are willing to train and help the right candidate obtain certification
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Apply lawn fertilization, weed control, and pest management treatments
- Visit residential and commercial properties throughout the area
- Diagnose lawn issues and recommend solutions
- Answer client questions and provide exceptional customer service
- Identify opportunities for additional services that benefit the client
- Track materials, inventory, and job information
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality
