Lawn Doctor is looking for a dependable and driven Lawn Care Sales & Customer Relations Specialist to help grow and retain our residential customer base. This position combines consultative sales, customer relationship management, and account retention. If you enjoy helping customers, identifying opportunities, and building long-term relationships, this role offers the opportunity to earn commissions while making a real impact on customer satisfaction and business growth. Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

Resolve customer concerns professionally
Conduct customer follow-up calls

Perform proactive customer follow-up to improve retention and satisfaction
Generate additional revenue through account growth and renewals
Maintain accurate customer records and sales
Support office customer service operations
