About The Position

Lawn Doctor is looking for a dependable and driven Lawn Care Sales & Customer Relations Specialist to help grow and retain our residential customer base. This position combines consultative sales, customer relationship management, and account retention. If you enjoy helping customers, identifying opportunities, and building long-term relationships, this role offers the opportunity to earn commissions while making a real impact on customer satisfaction and business growth. Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

  • Convert inbound leads into new Lawn Doctor customers
  • Build relationships with existing customers and recommend additional lawn care services
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Conduct customer follow-up calls
  • Increase customer retention and satisfaction
  • Perform proactive customer follow-up to improve retention and satisfaction
  • Generate additional revenue through account growth and renewals
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales
  • Support office customer service operations
