About The Position

Your Green Team is seeking skilled Lawn Care Laborers for an immediate full-time job opportunity. The role requires individuals confident in operating zero-turn mowers and other essential lawn equipment, who take pride in delivering clean, professional-looking properties. The starting pay is $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience. The work address is 4310 National Guard Drive, Plant City, FL 33563.

Requirements

Experience operating zero-turn mower, string trimmer, edger, and blower
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Ability to perform all job functions safely and efficiently
Strong communication skills for working with teammates and clients
Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
Able to lift 35-80 lbs regularly

Landscaping experience
Experience operating and maintaining equipment

Responsibilities

Operate zero-turn mowers safely and efficiently to maintain residential and commercial properties
Perform detailed lawn maintenance using string trimmers, edgers, and blowers
Edge sidewalks, driveways, and landscaping beds for a clean, finished appearance
Trim around obstacles, fences, and structures with precision
Blow off hard surfaces (sidewalks, driveways, patios) to ensure a polished final result
Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a consistent, high-quality standard on every job
