About The Position
You’ll take the lead on servicing residential and commercial properties, ensuring safe, timely arrivals and delivering top-quality applications that improve lawn health. Through our in-depth training program, you’ll become the expert — diagnosing lawn issues, recommending the most effective solutions, and serving as a trusted problem-solver for your clients. Our Technicians don’t just treat lawns — they educate, build relationships, and help clients discover additional services that bring real value. You’ll help grow accounts, expand services, and contribute directly to the success of a company on the move. Requirements
- Possess a valid driver's license and have a history of safe driving.
- At least 21 years old or older (requirement to drive a company vehicle).
- Committed to safety and use of all the proper PPE the job requires.
- Friendly and dedicated to great customer service.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently and as part of a crew.
- Encourage a positive team atmosphere and willingness to help others.
Responsibilities
- Service residential and commercial properties, ensuring safe, timely arrivals and delivering top-quality applications that improve lawn health.
- Diagnose lawn issues, recommend effective solutions, and serve as a trusted problem-solver for clients.
- Educate clients, build relationships, and help clients discover additional services.
- Grow accounts and expand services.
- Apply fertilizers, insecticides, fungicides, and herbicides using hand-held and powered equipment.
- Follow all state and federal regulations, company policies, and local ordinances.
- Connect with homeowners, ask the right questions, address concerns, and assess current lawn conditions.
