About The Position
Transform ordinary yards into healthy, vibrant, envy-of-the-neighborhood lawns. Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and other turf treatments with precision and care. Diagnose lawn issues (weeds, pests, diseases) and recommend solutions. Operate all the cool lawn care equipment safely and efficiently. Educate customers on proper lawn care and build long-term relationships. Keep detailed service records. Work outside in the fresh air for 8 to 10 hours a day.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and great customer service skills.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
Nice To Haves
- Pesticide applicator license
