About The Position
We’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Lawn Care Aeration and Overseeding Crew Members. This role involves working outdoors and creating beautiful, healthy lawns.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Operate core aeration equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform overseeding using walk-behind or ride-on spreaders/seeding equipment
- Load/unload tools, equipment, and seed/fertilizer materials
- Perform site clean-up and basic equipment maintenance
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
- Ensure services are performed to company standards and customer satisfaction
